What if I have questions about my programming throughout the challenge?

Not a problem! I will be available daily for questions on our private Facebook page, and will also be running live Q&A sessions as well to make sure you stay confident in your programming. 

How much weight can I expect to lose during these 50 days?

This completely depends on how much weight you have to lose in the first place, and how much efforts are put into the programs on your end. However - my challenges usually end up between 7-15lbs lost in these 7 weeks. 

 Can Vegetarians join your challenge?

Yes - Although the nutrition programs provided do include meat as a main protein, the macro cheat sheet can help you swap foods to suit your needs on your own and learn you nutrient factors that way. Plus all the other benefits included such as the training plans, cardio programming, weekly emails, group accountability, etc.

Do I need a gym membership?

No! As long as you can commit to training at home with minimal equipment such as Bands and Dumbells, you’ll still be successful. I will provide training programs for those who train at home as well. 

How many days a week do I need to commit to training to be successful in this Challenge?

Programs are designed for 4-6x a week between weights and cardio, but as long as you can commit to 3x a week to your training/cardio you’ll get great results. 

 Is the nutrition program strict ‘contest prep’ style or more flexible eating?

You have both options. I’ll provide a specific meal plan you can follow strictly as is, or you can easily swap foods within your given macros if preferred.

Can men join the challenge?

Looking for a weight loss program? - Yes.
Looking to bulk up and gain mass? - No.
These nutrition programs go up to 2450 calories as the max intake. Training programs made for both men and women could follow.

 What if I’ve done this Challenge in the Past, Should I repeat it?

Two things here:
a) Message me directly for your special discount code as a thank you!!, and
b) Although a few things will be the same as the last New Body challenge such as the nutrition and macro book, many things are upgraded and improved as well. New training, new recipes, added accountability and community, etc. Definitely still worth it!!
